About CCA
Colorado Catholic Action was created to address the current political climate in Colorado, which is growing more hostile to the religious integrity and autonomy of faith-based institutions, the First Amendment freedoms of conscience and expression of Colorado citizens, the sanctity of life of preborn children and the vulnerable (e.g. physician assisted suicide), and parental rights. Additionally, the progressive majority in both the Colorado House and Senate is close to acquiring a super majority, which is “veto-proof” and will allow the majority to send constitutional amendments directly to the ballot. This would be detrimental to the future of Colorado.
Mission
Colorado Catholic Action is to advocate for policy and engage in campaign work on issues consistent with the social teaching of the Catholic Church
Vision
Colorado Catholic Action is to partner with the Colorado Catholic Conference in the united mission to uphold the dignity of human life and the common good in public policy, while also engaging in campaign activity.
