The Purpose of the Colorado Catholic Action (CCA) is to support the work of the CO Catholic Conference in lobbying on the CO Bishops Top 10 priorities. Given the recent attacks on sanctity of life, religious liberty and marriage and family in Colorado.
It is clear the Church needs a vehicle to directly engage campaigns, including issues on the ballot and candidate elections to hold lawmakers accountable to their votes by their Catholic constituents.
The Colorado bishops’ top 10 Catholic Conference policy priorities:

3. Religious Liberty
4. Economic Justice, Poverty, and Welfare
5. Health Care
6. Immigration and Promoting Foreign Peace
7. Education
